How we get paid, in plain terms
We want to be open about this, because in dental care trust matters more than anything. MyWell does not charge you a fee. Our service to you is free.
We are paid directly by the clinics, on a commission basis, when you decide to go ahead with treatment. That is the entire model, and we would rather say it plainly than hide it. Because we work across many clinics instead of for one, our only real interest is finding the option that genuinely fits you. That is what keeps clients happy and keeps clinics wanting to work with us.
Support before, during and after
Booking is the easy part. The real value is everything around it.
Before treatment, we help you understand your options and plan the trip. During treatment, we help you communicate with the clinic and the dentist, so nothing is lost in translation. After treatment, we follow up and we stay reachable.
If a clinic changes its management or its team, we keep the thread so you are not left starting over. And if a question or an issue comes up once you are back home, we can put you back in touch with your treating dentist for a further consultation, so the doctor who knows your case can help. With MyWell, your treatment is never a dead end.
