1. About MyWell

MyWell ("MyWell", "we", "us", or "our") operates the websites mywell.asia and platform.mywell.asia (together, the "Service"). MyWell is a discovery and matchmaking platform that helps users — particularly tourists and residents in Vietnam — find dental and wellness clinics and obtain price quotes from our vetted partner network.

By accessing or using the Service, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What MyWell Is — and What It Is Not

MyWell is a marketing, discovery, and price-matching service. Our goal is to help you find suitable dental treatment providers faster and at better value by:

• Letting you upload a photo or describe your dental concern;

• Running an automated AI-assisted condition check to suggest what treatment categories may be relevant;

• Generating an indicative price range; and

• Matching you with clinics from our vetted partner list that offer the relevant treatment.

MyWell is NOT a medical service. Specifically, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The AI condition check is not a medical examination, diagnosis, prescription, or treatment plan. It is an automated marketing tool designed to point you toward relevant clinics and price information faster.

• MyWell does not practice dentistry or medicine. We are not a clinic, hospital, dentist, doctor, or healthcare provider. We do not employ dentists or medical professionals to assess your condition.

• No doctor-patient relationship is created between you and MyWell by your use of the Service.

• The AI output is informational and indicative only. It may be incomplete, inaccurate, or wrong. It must not be relied on to make medical decisions.

• Only a licensed dentist, after an in-person clinical examination, can diagnose your condition and recommend treatment. Any indicative treatment or price suggestion from MyWell is subject to confirmation by the clinic following an in-person consultation.

If you are experiencing dental pain, swelling, bleeding, infection, trauma, or any condition that may be urgent, do not rely on MyWell — seek in-person care from a qualified dentist or, in an emergency, your nearest hospital.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using MyWell, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and that the information you provide is accurate.

4. Your Account

Some features require you to sign in (currently via Google Authentication). You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at ivan@lureforce.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. How the Matching Works

When you use the Service, you may:

1. Upload one or more dental photos or describe your concern.

2. Receive an automated AI-generated suggestion about possible treatment categories and an indicative price range.

3. Be matched with one or more partner clinics from our vetted list.

The price ranges shown are indicative estimates based on typical market rates and partner clinic pricing. They are not binding offers. The actual price, treatment plan, and timeline will be determined solely by the clinic after an in-person consultation and examination.

MyWell does not perform, supervise, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any treatment provided by partner clinics. Any contract for dental services is strictly between you and the clinic you choose.

6. Partner Clinics

We make reasonable efforts to vet clinics in our network, including reviewing licensing and basic quality indicators. However:

• We do not warrant the qualifications, conduct, outcomes, or fitness for purpose of any partner clinic or its personnel.

• Clinic selection by the User is voluntary. You are free to choose any clinic, including those outside our network.

• Any dispute regarding treatment, pricing, refunds, or clinical outcomes is a matter strictly between you and the clinic.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information and genuine photos of your own dental condition (or someone you are legally authorised to represent);

• Use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes;

• Not upload content that is illegal, obscene, infringing, deceptive, or that contains another person's identifiable image without consent;

• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service or its AI systems;

• Not use the Service to obtain a diagnosis, prescription, or medical advice — it cannot provide these.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including the MyWell name, logos, software, AI models, designs, text, and graphics — is owned by MyWell or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended personal purpose. You retain ownership of the photos and information you upload, and you grant MyWell a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use them to operate, improve, and provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we handle it.

10. Fees

Using MyWell to receive AI condition checks, indicative quotes, and clinic matches is currently free for users. Any treatment fees are paid by you directly to the chosen clinic, on the clinic's terms. We may introduce optional paid features in the future, in which case the applicable pricing and terms will be communicated to you before you incur any charge.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, MYWELL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

• THE AI CONDITION CHECK IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CLINICALLY RELIABLE;

• INDICATIVE PRICES WILL MATCH THE CLINIC'S FINAL PRICE;

• A PARTNER CLINIC WILL ACCEPT YOUR BOOKING OR PROVIDE A PARTICULAR OUTCOME;

• THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU USE THE AI OUTPUT AT YOUR OWN RISK AND THAT IT IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL DENTAL ADVICE.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyWell and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of the Service — including, without limitation, any treatment, diagnosis, or outcome arising from a partner clinic.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any direct claim relating to the Service shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100) or the amount you have paid to MyWell in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Vietnamese law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold MyWell harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or any dispute between you and a partner clinic.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if continued provision of the Service to you poses a legal, security, or operational risk. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account by emailing ivan@lureforce.com.

15. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
